Pretty in Pineapple

 

Hi all! Hope every one's Tuesday has been well. For some reason, Tuesday has always been my least favorite day of the week, maybe it goes back to me having all my long (and least favorite) classes in high school on that day? Anyways, I decided to punch up the color and try one of the trendiest symbols of the summer...pineapples! I feel like every time I look on Instagram all I see are swan pool floats, flamingos and pineapples.

I've already tried (and loved) the flamingo trend so today we are going with the pineapple. A fun print dress with a festive image like this flowy, tank dress are a great go-to item for hot summer days and nights! I also really like this pineapple swimsuit, it just looks great for hitting a pool party or an easy packing item for a trip to the beach. 

I saw this pretty pink tee on an Instagram from one of my favorite new boutiques, The Happy Goose Shop. It's a bright, flattering quarter length sleeved, super soft tee with a fun print. What's not to love? I paired it with some of my favorite denim shorts (if you are on the shorter side, size up and it can totally be a dress) along with pink accessories and my favorite clutch of the summer. I bought this straw fedora style hat on a whim and I wear it ALL the time. It's great to throw on when your hair is suffering from the humidity. Also, I love a tassel shoe and these flats are not only stylish but very comfortable, which is rare for some sandals. With one glance at my outfit, those Tuesday blues went right out the window.
